Latex Ink Sacs
Here we have a range of the most popular sizes of latex rubber ink sacs. We also have the correct Shellac required to glue the sac to the section and sheets of grade 2000 nib smoothing paper to fine tune the nib to your own handwriting style.
To determine the size of sac needed, measure the diameter of the barrel at the point where the section is inserted. Then refer to the list below to find the correct sac size.
These are the OUTSIDE Diameter sizes;
Diameter 12.0mm = Size 22
Diameter 11.0mm = Size 20
Diameter 10.5mm = Size 18
Diameter 10.0mm = Size 17
Diameter 9.5mm = Size 16
Diameter 9.0mm = Size 15
Diameter 8.5mm = Size 14
Diameter 7.5mm = Size 12
If the pen is a lever filler then the sizes above will be fine. If the pen is a button filler drop down a size as the sac will be difficult to fit unless it has plenty of clearance inside the barrel.
