This is a really nice example of the Self Filling pen. It dates from around 1949 and is finished in the rarer dark brown with gold filled trim to the cap rings and clip. The nib is a wonderful example, it is the No.3 oblique and writes with a broad line, it has a wonderful flex to it which gives great line variation. The imprint is clear and deep.
