This is an interesting and rare pen made by the Valentine Pen Company based in Newhaven, Sussex. The Valentine pen company began pen production at that site in 1932 and continued on until 1945 when it was bought by Parker. during the war years the factory was used to manufacture military components so effectively pen production ceased around 1940.
The pen on offer is the predecessor of the Parker Duofold Button Filler and is almost identical.
It is completely original and has a Valentine clip and the original Valentine 14ct gold Nib. the nib is a medium/broad and writes beautifully.
The pen is fully restored and would be an interesting addition to any Parker collection.
Condition: Grade A (What does this mean).
