This is a good working example of this English pen made by the Unique Pen Company around 1940.
These pens were of good quality although the company ceased production in the mid 1950's.
The pen is finished in Green Marble, the original gold trim to the clip and cap ring has now worn off. The 14ct gold nib is on the broad side of medium and writes beautifully with a good flex. The pen uses the reliable lever filling mechanism.
The pen has been fully serviced and writes nicely. The cap and barrel show a number of light scratches commensurate with age and the clip retaining stud is quite worn.
This pen has been well loved and used but stills writes very well after 80 years.
Condition: Grade C (What does this mean).
