This is an excellent example of this English pen made by Summit around 1935.
These pens were of excellent quality and are much sought after nowadays.
The pen is finished in black chased hard rubber with chrome plated trim to the clip and cap ring. The chrome plating shows very little sign of wear.
The 14ct gold nib is on the Broad side of Medium and writes beautifully with a good flex. The pen uses the reliable lever filling mechanism.
The pen has been fully serviced and writes nicely. The cap and barrel are in excellent condition with only very minor marks and scratches.
