This is an excellent example of the rare Conway Stewart No.28 finished in Cracked Ice. The pattern is even throughout the pen which is not always the case due to natural variations in the materials.
The nib is in mint condition and the pen writes with a smooth medium line. It would make a great everyday writing pen.
In terms of condition, the pen is in excellent shape with no deep scratches, marks or cracks. The gold plating is in good order and there are no added inscriptions. the barrel marking is clear and bright.
Condition: Grade A (What does this mean).
