This is a very nice example of the desirable Conway Stewart No.28 fountain pen finished in Maroon Lined Marble.
The 14ct gold nib is on the broad side of medium and has a lovely flex.
In terms of condition, the pen is in very good condition with only minor wear marks commensurate with age. It has a deep, clear imprint and there are no deep scratches, chips or cracks to the cap or body. The gold plating is showing a little wear but is generally in good order and there are no added inscriptions.
Condition: Grade A (What does this mean).
