Early Swan (Mabie Todd) Leverless Fountain Pen.
Description.
This is a super early example of the Swan L205/60 Leverless Fountain pen. It is finished in Black Hard Rubber and is in very good condition throughout.
The plating to the clip and cap ring is good and the imprint is clear and sharp.
The pen dates from around 1930 and it is fitted with a splendid No.2 nib which is a medium with a nice amount of flex. It writes with a smooth line.
Overall the pen is in excellent condition, there are some very, very light wear marks to the cap and barrel, commensurate with age.
Condition: Grade A (What does this mean).
