This is a mint example of one of the Onoto Lever Filling Fountain Pens. It dates from the mid 1940's and is in near mint condition with the original price sticker and nib grade sticker still fastened to the cap.
The barrel imprint is clear and deep, it says "The De La Rue Junior Pen, De La Rue, London".
The finish is Marbled Green, it is in excellent condition throughout. The nib is an original thomas De La Rue and writes with a smooth medium line. It has a slight flex.
The pen has been serviced and is in excellent working order. It is supplied in an Onoto box which, although it is from the same era, may not be the original.
Condition: Grade A (What does this mean).
