Sheaffer Touchdown Fountain Pen
This is an excellent example of the ever-popular Touchdown fountain Pen made by Sheaffer. It dates from ther late 1970's and was made in the USA.
It is finished in Maroon and it is fitted with a Steel Triumph nib that writes with a beautiful smooth medium line. The nib was originally gold filled but it has nearly all worn off. It fills with the wonderfully reliable Touchdown pump filling mechanism.
It is fully serviced and ready to write. Apart from a very few minor marks it is in good condition throughout.
