This is a Parker 61 pencil dating from the mid seventies. It is finished in Turquoise with a gold filled cap. The cap has the Heirloom pattern (an arched design in a contrasting gold plate) which makes it quite rare.
The pencil shows signs of wear, both cap and barrel have marks and light scratches commensurate with wear, the cap also has a very small ding.
Not a perfect example but still a good working model.
