This is a Parker 61 ball pen dating from the mid seventies. It is finished in Black with a gold filled cap. The cap has the Heirloom pattern (an arched design in a contrasting gold plate) which makes it quite rare.
The pencil shows signs of wear, both cap and barrel have marks and light scratches commensurate with wear, the cap also shows some loss of plating, especially around the lip.
Not a perfect example but still a good working model.
