This is a very nice example of the classic No.58, it is finished in maroon marble and was made in the UK around 1948.
There are only very minor marks and scratches on the cap and barrel commensurate with light use.
The gold plating to the clip and cap rings is solid with only minor wear to the edges.
The imprint on the fountain pen is clear and and legible, the Broad nib is in good condition although there is a slight kink in it near the tips. The kink does not affect the writing performance and the pen writes with a lovely smooth line.
Condition: Grade A (What does this mean).
