This is an excellent example of a Watermans Propelling Pencil finished in Black with gold trim.
It is designed to complement the W1, W3 or W5 series of fountain pens. It was made in the UK around 1950. It is in full working order.
The imprint is crisp and overall the pen is in excellent condition with no splits or deep scratches. The gold plating to the clip and cap rings is in excellent condition.
