Description.

This is a very good example of this popular pen. It is the Swan Self Filling Fountain Pen by Mabie Todd finished in Green marble with gold filled trim to the cap rings, clip and lever. Self Filler is the name given to Mabie Todd's lever filling pen.

The pen is in good condition and the imprint on the barrel is clear and legible. The plating to the Lever, cap rings and clip is a little worn on the edges.

The No.2 Fine nib writes smoothly and has a lovely flex to it.

The pen has been fully serviced and is ready to write. This is not in perfect condition at all but the nib more than compensates for the wear.
