- Payment Information: Website Payments are handled by Paypal and Vintage Fountain Pens has no access to this information. Credit or Debit card information taken over the telephone is submitted directly to the Paypal Virtual Terminal and is not recorded anywhere else. Paypal's Privacy Policy can be viewed here.

- To provide email information to Mailchimp for the purposes of distributing the Newsletter. Newsletter emails are only provided when a user requests to be added to the list.

- To communicate with our Members about their account and provide customer support.
